Biofilm Fluidized Bed (BFB) Technology for Sewage Treatment and Various Wastewater Treatments. Biofilm Fluidized Bed (BFB) is an innovative technology specially developed for sewage and various wastewater treatments applications. It is an integrated system of fixed film and suspended growth, and hence it possesses advantages of both systems. It uses both activated sludge (suspended growth) and polymer composites as substrates for microbe growth (fixed film). Our innovation comprises of BFB Polymer Composites and Fluidized Bed. |

Technical Features (a) BFB Polymer Composites a specially developed substrate for use as an effective media for microbial growth
(b) Fluidized Bed (bio-reactor): for biochemical degradation of the organic matters and removal of nitrogen nutrient through the nitrification and de-nitrification processes.
